Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In bowl, mix together flaxseed and water and let sit 5 minutes to gel into flax egg.
  3. In medium mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients until ingredients are incorporated into batter.
  5. Scoop 1 tablespoon batter per cookie onto baking sheet. Flatten with back of fork to 1/4 inch.
  6. Bake 11-13 minutes until done.
