Ingredients
- 2 cups organic all-purpose flour or gluten free flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 cup unsulphured molasses
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed + 3 Tbsp. water for flax egg
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In bowl, mix together flaxseed and water and let sit 5 minutes to gel into flax egg.

In medium mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients.

Stir in remaining ingredients until ingredients are incorporated into batter.

Scoop 1 tablespoon batter per cookie onto baking sheet. Flatten with back of fork to 1/4 inch.
