Our organic molasses is made from pure organic sugar cane. It's a rich, full-bodied blackstrap molasses rich in moisture including Vitamin B6. Potassium, Calcium and Iron. The bold flavor is delicious in cookies, gingerbread, baked beans, BBQ sauces, marinades and more.

Gingerly Gingerbread Cookies
Makes 20 cookies

¼ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup molasses
½ cup melted coconut oil
1 cup oat flour
2-1/2 cups vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add coconut sugar, molasses and egg. Whisk until smooth.
- Slowly whisk in coconut oil to molasses mixture until smooth and combined.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until batter is well combined.
- Using a small ice cream scoop or spoon, drop balls of cookie dough onto prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cookies with additional coconut sugar, if desired, and bake 10 minutes. Cookies should be golden and crisp all over.
