Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chickpea pasta
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic diced
- 1 lb. organic grass fed beef
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 2 celery ribs chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 can 15 oz. kidney beans
- 1 can 15 oz. pinto beans
- 1 can 15 oz. tomato sauce
Instructions

Bring large pot to boil and cook pasta according to package directions.

In medium skillet, heat oil and add onion and garlic. Cook until browned.

Add beef, cumin, salt and chili and cook until beef browns.

Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.

Add celery and peppers and cook 3 minutes.

Add beans and tomato sauce, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.

Drain pasta and add to chili mixture.

Combine well and serve.
