Want a tasty way to get more omega-3s? Try this pan-seared salmon tossed with pad Thai noodles and a creamy sauce. The cauliflower cream sauce used here is a Liana Werner-Gray signature culinary marvel that will make you say so-long to dairy-based Alfredo. Combine it with wild-caught salmon fillets (for their sustainability as well as their rich flavor) and you’ll consider this recipe the catch of the day!
