Ingredients
- 10 slices gluten-free bread well toasted, cut into cubes
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 egg whisked
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary leaf
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In large mixing bowl, place cubed toast.

In stock pot with water, simmer celery and onion 5 minutes; drain and add to bowl with toasted bread.

Add remaining ingredients to the large mixing bowl. (Note: Crush spices finer, if needed.)

Stir stuffing until well incorporated and all pieces are moist. In 11x7-inch baking pan, spread out stuffing mixture.
