Hearty Ground Turkey Chili

by

There’s something magical about a pot of chili bubbling away on the stove. The way the spices perfume the kitchen, the way the simmer makes time slow down a little – it’s comfort food theater at its finest. This ground turkey chili leans into all the classics: smoky spices, tender beans, bright tomatoes and just enough kick to keep things interesting. But instead of the usual beef, this version goes lighter with ground turkey, making it a little leaner without losing that stick-to-your-ribs, protein-packed heartiness.
