Ingredients
Artichoke Hearts
- 14 oz. can or jar artichoke hearts
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened non-dairy milk
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ¼ tsp. pink salt
Lemon-Dill Yogurt Dip
- 2 oz. unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
- ½ tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees F or your preheat oven to 400 degrees F and turn on fan. If using oven, prepare sheet pan with parchment paper.

Drain artichoke hearts, pat dry with towel and cut into halves or quarters.

In bowl, combine mustard and non-dairy milk.
