Ingredients

Base Ingredients

Strawberry-hibiscus lemonade

Kiwi-melon-mint

  • 1 cup honeydew cubed
  • 1/2 cup kiwi
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped mint

Cherry & pomegranate

Grape-blueberry-coconut

Mango-peach-citrus

Pineapple-ginger-citrus

Instructions

  1. In blender or mixing bowl, combine juice (or blended fruit mixture) with one scoop of Codeage Multi Amino+. Stir or blend until fully dissolved.
  2. Taste and adjust if needed; add splash of citrus for brightness or herbs for punch of flavor.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving little space at top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.
  5. To serve, run mold under warm water for few seconds to release.
