Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl, whisk together pancake batter ingredients.
  2. Heat pan on stovetop to medium heat, spray with avocado oil.
  3. Onto hot pan, pour 3 tablespoons batter per pancake. Cook pancakes 2 minutes then flip and cook additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with toppings of choice.
