Here’s a better-for-you recipe for peanut butter fudge that incorporates a mere ¼ cup of maple syrup as the sweetener. Not only is it super simple and quick to make, it’s also good for you. Made with six ingredients including egg white protein and organic peanut butter, this fudge is healthy, as well as really rich and full of flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 cup smooth organic peanut butter
- 1-1/2 scoops (60g) vanilla egg white protein powder
- 1/3 cups coconut oil melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Instructions

Line square, high-rimmed baking pan (8x8x2) with parchment paper and set aside.

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined. Pour batter into baking pan. (Note: Be sure to melt coconut oil prior to mixing.)
