Pumpkin Mini Bundts for Pups

Ingredients

Optional: 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray mini-bundt pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Smooth batter into cups.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of each comes out clean.
  6. Let rest in pan until cool before turning out onto a wire rack.
  7. Store cake in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Freeze for 2+ months.
