Ingredients
- 2/3 cup whole oat flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin canned
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 2 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Optional: 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray mini-bundt pan with non-stick spray.

In medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.

Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
