Ingredients
- 1 lb. organic chicken breast cut into 2”x3” pieces
- 1 Tbsp. Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil with Buttery Flavor
Breading
- 1 cup walnuts blended into flour consistency
- 2 Tbsp. uncooked quinoa
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Using buttery coconut oil, grease baking tray.

In large bowl, combine breading ingredients. Working one at a time, dip chicken into breading. If breading doesn’t stick, wet chicken.
