Instructions

  1. Add olive oil to large pot on medium-high heat.
  2. Mix in carrots, celery and onion. Cook until veggies are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, add noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook as directed.
  4. Pour broth, half & half and water into pot along with thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and bay leaves. Bring to a boil, stirring well.
  5. Next, stir in cooked turkey and cooked noodles. Bring back to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Serve warm.
