Ingredients
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped
Filling
- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded
Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 oz. diced green chiles
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions

Boil water in large pot and add chicken breasts. Cook until done then remove and chop. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Combine with 1-1/2 cups cheese.

To make sauce, melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Whisk in chicken broth and let it thicken for couple minutes. Remove from heat, then stir in sour cream and green chiles. Season with salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Fill each tortilla with chicken and cheese, roll them up and place in greased 9x13-in. dish. Pour sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
