Made lovingly with oats and gluten-free flour, they’re also vegan – pleasing many more cookie-munching monsters. Make them in less than 30 minutes!

Raisin-Free Oatmeal Cookies (Gluten-Free & Vegan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In medium bowl, sift together oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients until batter is fully mixed.
  4. Scoop 1 Tbsp. batter per cookie onto baking sheet.
  5. Using back of fork, gently flatten cookie to ¼-inch thickness.
  6. Bake 13 minutes until golden brown. Cool before eating.
