Agar Agar or Kanten is sea vegetable gelatin

Handcrafted and naturally freeze dried in the cold of winter. use to thicken fruit or vegetables aspics, custards, pudding, and pie fillings. Replaces animal rendered gelatin. Very high in extremely beneficial fiber.
To Prepare: Add one bar to 3 cups of juice or water, bring to boil, reduce heat, stir. simmer 15 minutes until clear. Add fruit and/or vegetables and chill until firm.
