Toxic Morning Mouth
While we sleep, our bodies are in cleanse cycle + our saliva doesn't circulate. Consequently, we wake up with a mouthful of bad oral bacteria and not the best breath.
Rather than swallow this bacteria with your first drink of water, spit it out + swish with the rinse for 60 seconds. Your mouth + body will thank you.
Shake bottle. To use as a brushing rinse, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, tilt your head back and brush. To use as a pre-rinse, for best results, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, spit out and follow with Steps 2 + 3 of The Pristine Protocol. And, of course, you can use it any time as a mouthwash.
