Most familiar as a prepared condiment ("ballpark mustard"), Frontier® Yellow Mustard Seed adds a spicy pungency during cooking. It is milder than brown mustard seed, though they can be used interchangably. Ground yellow mustard seed adds zippy flavor in condiments, pickling and in other savory dishes.

Shredded Jackfruit “Tuna” Salad
The texture and taste of this jackfruit “tuna” salad feels like the real deal. You can buy canned jackfruit packed in water or brine at your local supermarket or online. Ripe jackfruit is sweet and very different from unripe. Unripe jackfruit is used in most recipes, and that's what you'll find on store shelves. It has a fairly neutral taste, as well as a meat-like texture, and absorbs flavors really well.
Rinse and drain the jackfruit, then shred it in a food processor or with a fork or your hands until it resembles canned tuna. Serve this quick, easy vegetarian “tuna” salad as a sandwich, on lettuce, in a scooped out avocado or tomato, or just eat it straight out of the bowl!
