Godefroy PermaCurl is an easy to apply gel that transforms fine, limp lashes into a dramatic, long lasting curl. This unique formula sets and holds the curl in place without weighing down the lashes, locking in both curl and shine. Use under your favorite mascara for a more dramatic look.
Directions
Clean lashes with mild soap and warm water or use an oil free makeup remover. Let dry. Apply a light coat of PermaCurl get. Do not over saturate. Let dry for 30 seconds before setting curl. Set curl with eyelash curler. For best results, position curler close to the eyelash root. Press and hold curler in place firmly for 20 seconds. If desired, apply an additional light coat for added color.
