Directions

First cut fruit into quarters for best results.  Face sliced side toward homes to squeeze juice.  Use green side for Limes & use yellow side for lemons.

Kiwi Fruit Ice Pops

Kiwi Fruit Ice Pops

  • 6 kiwis (peeled, divided)
  • 1 cup pineapple-coconut juice
  • 2 Tbsp. agave
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  1. In blender, combine four kiwis, pineapple-coconut juice, agave and lime juice. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Thinly slice remaining two kiwis. Position slices in mold wells against sides.
  3. Pour in kiwi purée.
  4. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. To remove, run molds under warm water for 30 seconds, then slide out ice pops.
