Kiwi Fruit Ice Pops
Get cool on a hot afternoon with these frozen kiwi pops. Combined with pineapple-coconut juice and a puckery punch of lime, these better-for-you treats incorporate agave nectar instead of refined sugar. Freeze up a batch to make any day sunnier!
Kiwi Fruit Ice Pops
- 6 kiwis (peeled, divided)
- 1 cup pineapple-coconut juice
- 2 Tbsp. agave
- 2 limes (juiced)
- In blender, combine four kiwis, pineapple-coconut juice, agave and lime juice. Blend on high until smooth.
- Thinly slice remaining two kiwis. Position slices in mold wells against sides.
- Pour in kiwi purée.
- Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To remove, run molds under warm water for 30 seconds, then slide out ice pops.
