We followed our gut and boosted our already delicious muesli with bananas, apples, chia and flaxseeds. Why? Because these excellent sources of omega fatty acids and soluble fiber are great for your gut.
These organic ingredients speak for themselves: Oats, Dates, Sunflower Seeds, Flax Seeds, Banana, Apples, Chia Seeds, Almonds.
Eat it cold!
Just add Guud to a bowl of yogurt or milk.
Any kind of milk you prefer.
(Tip: The longer it soaks, the richer the flavor)
Eat it hot!
Mix 1 part of Guud with 2 parts of water or milk. Pop it into the microwave for 1-2 minutes or bring to a boil over the stovetop, stir occasionally.
Overnight it!
Place Guud in a jar, add milk, water, or yogurt, then seal and refrigerate. Add fresh fruits on top (or not) and enjoy a ready-to-eat breakfast, lunch or even dinner.
Bake with it!
