2 Teaspoons Provide: 420 mg of naturally-occurring, truly natural, absorbable, non-toxic vitamin C complex from a whole food water extract of acerola cherry. Acerola is a tart cherry native to South America, southern Mexico, and Central America. This product does NOT contain isolated vitamin C. Vitamin C never occurs as an isolate in nature; it is part of an entire vitamin C complex, which includes other important cofactors that assist the body with proper absorption. Food sources of the entire vitamin C complex are the only way to get vitamin C as nature intended.
