Directions

S'Mores

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Break Kinnikinnick S'moreables® Graham Style Crackers in half and place on clean cookie sheet. On one side place one square of gluten free chocolate and on other side place one large gluten free marshmallow.
  3. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until the marshmallow puffs and turns a light golden brown and the chocolate begins to soften.
  4. Remove from oven and let rest for 1 minute. Using a knife carefully place the chocolate half on top of the marshmallow half and gently press together to form a sandwich. Enjoy.

1 pkg. yields 18 S'mores.

 

Almond Crunch Bars

1 - 220g/8 oz Pkg of Kinnikinnick S'moreables® Graham Style Crackers

¾ cup unsalted butter

¾ cup brown sugar

1½ cups toasted sliced almonds

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly grease (or use parchment paper) a 15"x10" cookie sheet; set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; whisk in brown sugar until combined but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in almonds. Spread over S'moreables® Graham Style Crackers.
  4. Bake for 7-10 minutes (until topping bubbles). Let cool and trim bars of excess.

Store in an airtight container.

Ingredients

2 cups strawberry ice cream
3/4 cup whole milk
3 gluten-free graham crackers

Optional toppings

Fresh strawberries, diced or whole
1 slice gluten-free strawberry cheesecake
Whipped cream

Directions

  1. In high-speed blender, combine ice cream, milk and two crackers. Blend on high for 3 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture to mason jar and top with whipped cream.
  3. Top with cheesecake slice and graham cracker. Sprinkle with diced or whole strawberry.
