Koyo Udon is made from freshly milled organic heirloom grains and has a dense chewy texture. Perfect served with brothy soups or topped with meat or vegetables for a hearty meal.
Directions
Remove ribbons and place pasta in 8 cups rapidly boiling water. stir to separate. Cook 6 minutes or until tender.. Rinse in cold water. To reheat, submerge briefly in hot water or broth.
