You already sprinkle the seeds onto salads and blend them into smoothies, but this spreadable seed butter makes it easy to add hemp’s healthy fats to bread, toast, veggies and so much more! The mild, nutty flavor goes with almost anything. If you don’t have a food processor, use a blender; just be sure to scrape down the sides as you go!
2 cups Nutiva Hemp Seeds
4 Tbsp. Nutiva Hemp Oil
3/4 tsp. Redmond Salt
In food processor, pulse all ingredients until well combined. Store in jar and refrigerate.
