You Will Need:
1 egg + 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter at room temperature
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat together the softened butter and egg in a large bowl. Add cookie mix to the bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto cookie sheet. Lightly flatten the top of the cookie with spoon.

Bake 9-12 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool on baking sheet 2 minutes
Store baked cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. Cookies can also be frozen for up to three months.
