Millet Porridge With Dried Fruit

Made with hearty millet, a touch of iodized salt and simmered with dried raisins and cranberries, it’s finished with creamy coconut oil, raw honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon for the perfect balance of comfort and flavor in every spoonful.
Millet Porridge With Dried Fruits
- 1 cup millet
- 1/4 tsp. iodized salt
- 1/4 cup dried raisins and cranberries
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Cook millet according to package instructions. Add salt to cooking water.
- When done cooking, stir in dried fruit, coconut oil, raw honey and cinnamon.
- Serve warm.
