Coconut Macaroons with Chia & Hemp

Ingredients
½ cup coconut flour
¼ cup maple syrup or raw honey
7 Tbsp. Nutiva Coconut Manna, melted
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. shredded coconut
1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
2 tsp. Nutiva Hemp Seeds
1 tsp. Nutiva Chia Seeds
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
Toppings
1 Tbsp. shredded coconut
1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined. If mixture is to dry, add water.
- Scoop out 15 balls and roll them in the toppings to coat.
