We call this delicious, puréed coconut butter "coconut manna" because if ever there was a food from heaven, this is it. Our Organic Coconut Manna is an incredibly tasty, whole food made of pure, dried coconut flesh. You can enjoy its sweet coconut flavor straight from the jar, warm it up to spread the goodness, add to smoothies & oatmeal, make delicious curries and homemade coconut milk with it!

Directions
Stir before using. The oil in the coconut manna tends to separate to the top. To liquefy and blend, place jar in hot water for 5-10 minutes and stir - longer in cold weather. No refrigeration required or recommended.
Do Not Microwave. Packaged in recyclable glass jars with resealable, non-BPA lids.

Coconut Butter Bark

Spread it on toast, add it to smoothies, or in this case, make a dessert bark fit for winter festivities. It’s naturally sweet with coconut flavor and packs all the wholesome goodness of coconut flesh into whatever it’s added to. To make coconut butter bark, melt the manna into a nut butter consistency, spread it onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet, sprinkle with toppings of your choice and chill until set.
Coconut Butter Bark
- 1 cup Organic Coconut Manna
- 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
- Using instructions on jar, melt coconut manna. Consistency should be smooth, like nut butter.
- Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread coconut manna onto parchment paper with 1/4-inch thickness.
- Sprinkle cranberries and coconut over manna and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Once manna is set, break into bark and serve. Store leftovers in fridge.
