How to Build a 'Health Kit' for Your Kids

It's almost summer, and part of being a kid is having adventures. Even with stay-at-home orders and social distancing switching up the summertime script, kids are going to find ways to connect with nature. They'll also probably deal with skinned knees, bug bites, sneezes and coughs.

Add to that the current climate of the COVID-19 pandemic, and you have even more reason to watch out for your kids' health and wellness.

So, how can you support your children while they're on the go? Start by planning and building a health kit to help protect and relieve them from common ailments. Before you begin, and as you assemble the kit, remember to: 

  1. Talk to your doctor about what supplements and dosages are best for your children. 
  2. Teach your children the proper way to use each of the items in their kit.

What to Include in Health Kits for Kids

Arnica Montana

Arnica Montana is a homeopathic remedy that is great for bumps and bruises. It also alleviates sprains, swelling and sore muscles.
