Peanut Butter & Co has taken quality USA grown high oleic peanuts, roasted them, and pressed them to remove the oil. What remains is low fat, high protein peanut powder. We added a touch of natural vanilla flavor and cane sugar to give this variety a bit of sweetness. Blend with your favorite milk, add to oats and refrigerate overnight for the perfect PB overnight oats, bake into cupcakes, or just add water and spread onto whole wheat toast. Whether you blend it, bake it or spread it, you’re sure to love it!
Directions
For Spreads and Dips:
Mix 2 tbsp peanut powder with 1 tbsp water and stir until smooth.
For Shakes and Smoothies:
Add 2 tbsp to your favorite ingredients and blend until smooth.

Ingredients
3 scoops chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
1/3 cup stevia-sweetened chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped (optional)
Dash cinnamon
Water

Directions
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Divide mixture into about 14, one-ounce portions (2 tablespoons per ball) and roll into balls.
