Prince of Peace® 100% Organic White Tea is made from young leaves and tender buds that go through Zhenghe-style processing. This processing style gives the tea a richer aroma, a fuller body, and a darker color. White tea usually has a higher level of antioxidant content compared with green tea. A typical cup of white tea contains about 10-20mg of caffeine while a cup of coffee ranges from 100 -180mg.

Brewing: Place one tea bag in a 6-8 fl. oz. cup, add hot water and let steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking. Sweeten to taste.
Try It Iced: Pour 2 cups of hot water over 6 bags in a quart container. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add 2 cups of cold water. Pour over ice.
