Rizopia pasta cooks just like normal pasta; it has texture and flavour and is full of all the goodness of whole grain organic brown rice as well as the Incas "Mother of all Grains" Quinoa.
In a large pot, bring to a boil 4 L (16 cups) water for package (340 g) of pasta. Add 15mL (1 tablespoon) salt, if desired.
Add pasta and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally about 7-10 minutes or until al dente. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
Rinse with cold water. Drain well. Rid pasta of surface moisture. Enjoy as you would regular pasta.
