White Bean Dip
- 1 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans (drained & rinsed)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Simple Mills Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Almond Flour Crackers
- In food processor, purée all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve with Simple Mills crackers of choice
