Directions

Things You'll Need: (Makes as many as you want)

Pancakes (4") Mix + Eggs + Milk or Water + Oil (Coconut or Vegetable)

6 3/4 cup 1 1/2 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp
12 1½ cups 3 3 Tbsp 2 Tbsp
20 Full Box 5 1/3 cup 3 Tbsp

Waffles (4")

4 1/2 cup 1 2 Tbsp 2 tsp
12 1½ cups 3 5 Tbsp 2 Tbsp
20 Full Box 5 2/3 cup 3 Tbsp

Pancakes:

Whisk eggs, milk and oil in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended

Heat lightly oiled griddle or skillet on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle, using 2 Tbsp batter for each pancake

Cook until edge are dry, turn and brown other side

 

Waffles:

Preheat waffle iron on high heat setting

Whisk eggs, milk and oil in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended

Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron

Cook on high according to waffle iron instructions and serve

Christmas Tree Pancakes

  • 1-1/2 cups Simple Mills Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milkadamia Macadamia Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Nutiva Buttery Coconut Oil (or olive oil)
  • 1 Tbsp. organic SunButter Sunflower Butter
  • 1-2 Tbsp. pHresh Greens Superfood Powder
  1. In mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. In pan over medium heat, melt a little oil or butter.
  3. Pour enough batter to make 6-inch pancake. Flip when top starts to bubble. Cook additional minute.
  4. Continue until all batter is used, spooning out in decreasing size if tree-shaped stacks are desired.
  5. Serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit or any desired toppings.
