You Will Need
1 lb lean ground beef
1-15 oz can pinto or kidney beans, drained
1-28 oz can diced tomatoes
1. In a large saucepan, thoroughly cook 1 lb. ground beef. Drain, returning beef to pan.
2. Add beans (your choice) and tomatoes to ground beef.
3. Mix packet contents into beef mixture, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes or until desired thickness is reached.
Makes about 6 servings.
