This oil is best for high heat applications like sautéing, frying and all-purpose cooking. Excellent for skin care and massage.

Cauliflower, broccoli and zucchini come together with savory feta, a sprinkle of smoked paprika and a hint of garlic for bold, satisfying flavor in every bite. Nutritional yeast adds a cheesy twist, while a quick pan-fry in avocado oil delivers irresistible golden edges. Finish with a bright squeeze of lemon and serve alongside a fresh salad for a wholesome, feel-good meal you’ll want to make on repeat.

Vegetable Fritters
- 1 cup cauliflower florets (steamed)
- 1 cup broccoli florets (steamed)
- ½ cup zucchini (shredded)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup organic feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup organic all-purpose flour
- 1 lemon
- Avocado oil
- In large bowl, add shredded zucchini and cooked cauliflower and broccoli florets. Using a fork or potato masher, smash and combine ingredients.
- Add all other ingredients, saving flour until the end, and mix well.
- In nonstick frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Using a wet tablespoon, scoop fritters into frying pan and cook until golden brown, around 4 minutes on each side.
- For serving, squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of the fritters.
- Enjoy with fresh side salad.
