1/4 cup coconut water
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 avocado peeled and chopped
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp. beet powder
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1-2 tsp. agave or honey
1/2 lemon or lime, squeezed
Crushed ice

Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt.
