Burdock Root is from a genus of weeds that are related ed to sunflowers and are part of the daisy family. In Japan it is a popular vegetable that is included in stir-fries. In Great Britain it is combined with dandelion to make a drink that is similar to root beer.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 3 capsules daily.
