We developed this organic and vegetarian take on an authentic Creole stew. We start with a smoky tomato broth and add organic onions, peppers and celery, then make it hearty and satisfying with organic garden vegetables, rice and tender beans.

Microwave: Place soup in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Cook for 2 minute. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve.
Stovetop: Heat soup in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
