These delightful treats capture all the flavors and textures you love about the classic campfire treat – the sweet, rich chocolate, the fluffy marshmallow, and the crunchy graham cracker crust – all baked into a delicious and easy-to-enjoy cookie.
S’mores Cookies
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 dark chocolate bar (chopped)
- 2 graham crackers (crushed into pieces)
Using stand mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
- Gently mix in marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers.
- Roll into large balls and place onto baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 11 minutes.
