Baked Cod With Gremolata Sauce
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Simple, bright and quietly elegant, this baked cod proves that healthy dinners don’t have to feel plain. The fish bakes up tender and flaky, then gets finished with gremolata sauce, a classic Italian mix of fresh parsley, lemon zest and garlic that adds a vibrant, zesty lift to every bite. It’s a fresh, no-fuss dish that feels special enough for guests, yet easy enough for a weeknight.
