We carefully select all of our certified organic durum wheat and have it freshly milled for each production. bionaturae® organic pasta is made with traditional methods by third generation pasta artisans. Each shape is extruded through traditional bronze dies, creating a coarse surface that sauce will cling to. Slow drying at low temperatures preserves the nutrients and exceptional flavor of our 100% organic durum semolina wheat pasta.
Bring 4 quarts of water to a full boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt. Pour in 1 lb. of pasta and stir so pasta does not stick. Cook uncovered at full boil, stirring occasionally. Drain well, toss with your favorite sauce and serve.
