Ingredients
- 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
- 2 cups bell peppers diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 18 oz. diced tomatoes
- 18 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 4 cups beef stock
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups jasmine rice cooked
Instructions

In large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Drain grease and set cooked ground beef aside.

In same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook for about 2-3 mins until translucent. Stir in peppers and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.

Pour in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, ground beef, spices and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover with lid and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in rice and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve warm.
