Gluten-Free Chocolate Chai Brownie Thins

by

Say bye-bye to basic brownies and bake a batch of these chai-spiced brownie thins. This recipe calls for Garden of Life Chocolate MD Protein powder – but feel free to use vanilla for a vanilla-chai version. Referred to as “the most sustainable plant-based protein powder on the planet,” this Mediterranean-diet-approved protein blend yields 20g protein per serving.

For a vegan-friendly option, substitute eggs for two chia eggs. Start by whisking the wet ingredients, combine with the dry and fold in chocolate chips. Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy!
