Instructions

  1. In medium soup pot, sauté onion and sweet potato for 10 minutes.
  2. Add broth, kale and spices.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes
  4. Stir in chickpeas. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
