This meatball soup features more than meets the eye. Not only is the meal keto friendly, but the meatballs are made without bread crumbs or cheese, keeping them free from gluten and dairy. Plus, the addition of spinach and spices – such as turmeric – heightens both the flavor and nutritional profile of the meatballs. Even the broth is chock full of fresh veggies and advantageous herbs and spices. It’s no surprise combining so many superfoods would make such a super flavorful soup.
