Make The World's Best Oatmeal® At Home
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Quick Cooking Rolled Oats, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup Quick Cooking Rolled Oats, 1 cup water and a pinch of salt. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before eating. Makes 1 serving.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps better refrigerated or frozen after opening.

Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies

And with wholesome ingredients like oats, bananas, maple syrup and cinnamon, they nourish your body while also satisfying your sweet tooth. They make quick healthy snacks and are even great for breakfast!
Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies
- 2 bananas (mashed)
- 1-½ cups quick oats
- ¼ tsp. pink salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup turbinado sugar
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (or chocolate chips)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In medium mixing bowl, mash bananas. Mix in oats, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and flax. Stir in coconut oil, maple syrup and sugar. Fold in walnuts.
- Scoop ¼ cup batter per cookie onto baking sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes.
