Directions
Make The World's Best Oatmeal® At Home
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes (or longer for creamier oatmeal). Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.

Microwave Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 cup water and a pinch of salt. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before eating. Makes 1 serving.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps better refrigerated or frozen after opening.

Baked Peaches With Cinnamon-Oat Crumble
Who can resist plump peaches during the summer months? Baking them makes for a simple yet delicious dessert. In this easy take on a peach crumble, you’ll top halves of the juicy stone fruit with a crumble made of oats, cinnamon, brown sugar and butter and bake until golden-brown. It’s like eating a pie – minus all the work! Pair it with
ice cream for the ultimate warm weather dessert.
Baked Peaches With Cinnamon-Oat Crumble
- 4 large peaches (pitted and halved)
- 4 Tbsp. rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 4 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. cold unsalted butter (cut into pieces)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In medium mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon; mix until well combined.
- Using fork or hands, cut butter into oat mixture until small crumbs form.
- In baking dish, arrange peaches cut side up. Top with oat crumble.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden-brown.
- Serve warm as is or with vanilla ice cream.
