Directions For Preparation and Use
The health of your infant depends on carefully following the directions for preparation and use: Do Not exceed recommended water to powder ratio unless specified by a healthcare professional. Failure to follow warnings and these mixing and storage instructions could result in severe harm.
Fill powder to top of enclosed scoop (1 scoop = 8.8g).

How To Use
Step 1
Wash hands, bottle feeding utensils, and surfaces with soap and water prior to preparing formula
Step 2
Using feeding guide, pour desired amount of water into clean bottle
Step 3
Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop (8.8 g) for each 2 fl oz of water
Step 4
Cap bottle: shake well until powder is dissolved. Discard unrefrigerated formula after 1 hour
Storage Conditions
Once mixed, feed immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container; use within 24 hours. Cover opened formula with plastic lid provided with can and store in cool, dry place and use within 1 month. Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
